General

All goods for hire remain the property of Zoe Louise Bakes

Unless asked otherwise, Zoe Louise Bakes reserves the right to take photographs of the hired equipment for promotional purposes. Although we take care not to include anyone including children in our photographs

We ask that customers do not provide their own sweets/treats to the package for insurance and product traceability purposes

No additional decorations are to be added to the cart without asking permission from Zoe Louise Bakes first. Our cart is professionally painted, and attaching other decorations may cause damage to the cart.

Customers are not permitted to stand drinks or hot food on the cart as this may result in staining and water damage. Any damage to the cart caused by drinks/other foods other than from Zoe Louise Bakes will incur a charge. Missing items will be charged at full replacement value, we will not accept any substitute replacements.

Safety Information

Please be advised that some sweets/treats may contain, have traces or come into contact with nuts/nut oils and other allergens. Zoe Louise Bakes can not be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies.

Customers should ensure that children are supervised at all times to avoid the risk of suffocation, choking or injury due to the size of the cart, glass containers or other equipment that has been provided such as sweet wrappers or bags.

Zoe Louise Bakes can not be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of our equipment or comsumption of our treats at your event due to negligence or inproper use.

Please do not sit on the cart, or push the cart around. It is not made the this use, and will cause damage to the cart. The cart is for decorational proposes and any damage to the cart will incur a charge.

Payment

A £50 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to secure your date. This will be deducted from your total balance. The outstanding balance is due one week prior to your event

Zoe Louise Bakes will also require a fully refundable £75 damage security deposit with the final balance and this will be refunded in full subject to there being no damage to the cart and remains in good working condition with nothing is missing. This will be processed the day after your event (may take up to a week depending on your bank)

Deposits and payments are accepted through Paypal or Bank Transfer
